Reunitor vs LinkedIn Easy Apply
LinkedIn is where roles and recruiters live. Easy Apply makes volume easy — and silence common. Reunitor is not a LinkedIn clone. It is the system that makes each LinkedIn (and Naukri) application worth sending.
| Capability | Reunitor | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Apply + prep career OS | Network, content, job board |
| Easy Apply volume | Quality over spray — tailor each JD | One-click apply at scale |
| ATS / resume file | Parse audit + tailored PDF | Profile fields; PDF often generic |
| Ghost / stale roles | Listing age & recycle signals | You judge from activity |
| Interview practise | Built-in STAR coach | Not a core product |
| Recruiter outreach | Use LinkedIn; prep answers in Reunitor | InMail / Premium messaging |
| Best together? | Yes — find on LI, convert in Reunitor | N/A |
Recommended loop
- Save the JD from LinkedIn (or open the company ATS link).
- Run ATS + tailor in Reunitor for that JD.
- Apply with the tailored PDF; note the stage in your pipeline.
- Before the call, use Interview Coach.

FAQ
Should I delete LinkedIn and only use Reunitor?
No. Keep LinkedIn for network, recruiters, and role discovery. Use Reunitor so each Easy Apply has a matching, parseable resume and you practise before the call.
Why does Easy Apply get zero replies?
Volume is high and many applicants send the same PDF. ATS still filters. Tailoring + a clean file raises your odds; it does not guarantee a reply.
Is LinkedIn Premium enough?
Premium helps visibility and InMail. It does not fix a two-column resume that ATS cannot parse, or prepare you for a DSA round.
Profile vs resume — which matters more?
Both. Recruiters skim LinkedIn; ATS and portals read your PDF. Align titles and skills, but keep the resume single-column and JD-specific. See our LinkedIn vs resume guide.
Naukri or LinkedIn first in India?
Depends on role. Services and mid-market often skew Naukri; product and senior roles lean LinkedIn. Use both with one tailored resume workflow.
