Terms of Service

LAST REVISED · 17 JULY 2026

The short version: be honest, we'll be honest, your data stays yours, and no tool — including this one — can promise you a job. The longer version follows.

1. What Reunitor is

Reunitor is an AI career copilot: resume auditing, job matching, application tailoring, application tracking, interview practice, and rejection analysis, built for the Indian job market. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person — plan limits are per human, not per email address.

3. Plans and billing

Starter is free, forever, with usage limits. Sprint (90 days) and Annual (12 months) are prepaid access periods billed in INR through Cashfree Payments — they do not auto-renew.

When a prepaid period ends, you return to Starter unless you buy again. Paid features are digital services delivered immediately on payment, and every metered AI action is logged against your account. Refunds are available only in the limited circumstances set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — in short: first purchase, requested within 7 days, and less than 30% of any plan limit used. Raising a payment dispute without contacting support first may lead to the dispute being contested with usage records and account suspension pending resolution.

4. What the AI does — and doesn't — promise

Reunitor's scores, matches, rewrites, feedback, and debriefs are AI-generated guidance. They are honest, best-effort analysis — not facts, and not promises.

We do not and cannot guarantee you a job, an interview, or an offer. Review every AI-tailored document before you send it; you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to an employer.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misrepresent facts in documents you generate (the tool rephrases your truth; it must not invent one). Don't scrape, resell, or programmatically extract the service. Don't upload content that isn't yours to share. Don't attempt to break plan limits or security.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.

6. Your content

Your resume, applications, and notes are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process them to run the features you use. Delete them anytime; the licence ends with the deletion.

7. Our platform

The Reunitor software, design, brand, and the Ghost Job Index methodology are ours. Don't copy or redistribute them as your own.

8. Third-party services

Job listings come from third-party feeds and employers; we flag what looks unreliable but can't guarantee any listing's accuracy or availability. AI processing uses Google's Gemini API; payments use Cashfree Payments. Their outages are outside our control, though we'll always work around them where we can.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're a career tool, not an employer, recruiter, or guarantor of outcomes. We are not liable for hiring decisions, a listing that turns out to be a ghost job, or any loss arising from documents you chose to send.

10. Indemnity

You agree to keep Reunitor harmless from claims, losses, or costs arising from content you upload or send, your misuse of the service, or your breach of these terms — for example, submitting a document you knew to be inaccurate to an employer.

11. Ending things

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (your content rights, liability limits) survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of New Delhi.

13. Changes, business & contact

If we change these terms materially, we'll announce it on the changelog and by email before it takes effect.

Reunitor is operated from India. For our registered business details, billing questions, or to raise a grievance, write to support@reunitor.com — a named person reviews and responds. See the Contact page for response times and our grievance channel under the DPDP Act, 2023.
