Round 2 · Behavioural
R

Tell me about a time you disagreed with a technical decision made by your team lead. How did you handle it?

Y

In my last role, our lead wanted to migrate to microservices before fixing our test coverage. I suggested we run a 2-week coverage sprint first, presented the risk data, and we agreed on a phased approach...

Flipkart behavioural round — STAR scored in plain language

Prompt: “Tell me about a time you shipped under a hard festival deadline.” A vague answer (“we worked hard and delivered”) scores weak on Task and Result. A rebuilt answer names the Situation (Big Billion Days peak), Task (cut checkout latency), Action (profiling + cache + rollout plan), and Result (p95 down X%, no severity-1). The coach flags missing metrics and pushes a second pass — the same structure Flipkart and Amazon India panels reward.

01
Blindsided by questions

You studied DSA but they asked system design. You prepared behavioural but they asked 'Why our company?' — and you blanked.

02
No feedback loop

You did the interview. You didn't get the job. No one told you why. You'll make the same mistakes next time.

03
Practising alone doesn't work

You can rehearse in a mirror, but it won't challenge your weak points or adapt to the actual role you're interviewing for.

How it works

AI that coaches, not just quizzes.

01
Company-specific questions

Real questions from Flipkart, Google, TCS, Infosys, startups — sourced from interview databases and tailored to the exact role.

02
STAR method coaching

Every answer is scored against the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result). You learn structure, not just content.

03
Adaptive difficulty

Start with foundational questions. As your answers improve, the coach escalates — just like a real panel would.

04
Instant debrief

After each session: what you nailed, what you fumbled, and exactly how to fix it. The feedback loop most candidates never get.

Methodology · not a testimonial

How we score an answer

Every response is checked against STAR — Situation, Task, Action, Result — plus whether it fits the company and round you chose. You get a score, a short critique, and a model rewrite when the structure collapses. No invented customer quotes; the proof is the feedback loop you can run before the real panel.

The edge

The feedback loop most candidates never get.

When you're rejected, our debrief engine tells you — gently and specifically — why, and what to change. It's the conversation no recruiter has time for.
