The founder story

When I was job hunting in India, I applied to over 200 roles. I got 3 callbacks.

Not because I was unqualified — because my resume never reached a human being. ATS software rejected me before anyone even saw my name. Ghost jobs wasted weeks of my time. I had no way to know if my resume was being read, no way to practice for the few interviews that did come, and zero feedback when I was rejected.

Every tool I tried was built for the American market. The salary benchmarks were in dollars. The job boards pulled US listings. The ATS advice assumed American formatting conventions. Nothing understood how hiring actually works in India — the filters, the opacity, the silence.

So I built Reunitor. Not as a side project — as the tool I wish existed when I needed it most.

Every feature exists because I or someone I know hit that exact wall:

  • ATS auditing — because industry figures often put ~75% of résumés behind software filters, not people.
  • Ghost job detection — because applying to dead listings is the cruelest waste of effort.
  • Interview coaching — because walking in unprepared to a round you could have rehearsed is a fixable problem.
  • Rejection debrief — because "we'll keep your profile on file" is not feedback.
  • Salary negotiation — because Indian job seekers leave ₹2–5 lakh on the table every year out of information asymmetry.

The mission

Make the Indian job market fair, transparent, and efficient.

India produces some of the best engineers, designers, and professionals in the world. Too many of them are invisible to the companies that would hire them — because a filter rejected their formatting, or they applied to a ghost listing, or they didn't know the market rate for their role.

We believe technology should fix this. Not by replacing human judgment, but by making sure qualified people are actually seen. That's the mission. Everything we build works backward from it.

How we build

Principles, not marketing.

Honest by default
No fake testimonials. No inflated numbers. No manufactured urgency. If we don't have social proof yet, we say so. If we can't guarantee a job, we say so.
Built for India
Every feature, every benchmark, every ATS rule is calibrated for how Indian companies actually hire. We don't translate an American product and call it localised.
Privacy as architecture
Your data is encrypted, never sold, and deletable in one click. AI analysis stays in your session. We'd rather lose a feature than lose your trust.
Show, don't sell
The free ATS scan on our homepage runs on your real resume. We'd rather you judge us on output than on copy. If the product doesn't convince you, the marketing shouldn't either.
Fair pricing
₹11/day for the Sprint plan. Less than chai. We price for job seekers, not corporations. Students: email support@reunitor.com — discounts are manual, not automatic at checkout.
Feedback loops
Most tools go quiet after a 'no'. We built the Debrief to turn rejection into a plan. The loop most people never get to close.
