Frequently asked questions

Everything about Reunitor, answered.

ATS resumes, ghost jobs, features, pricing and privacy — the honest version.

Getting hired & the basics

What is Reunitor?

Reunitor is an India-first AI career copilot. It scans your resume against real ATS rules, matches you to verified job listings, flags likely ghost jobs, tailors each application, and helps you prepare for interviews and salary negotiation — all priced for an Indian job seeker.

Who is Reunitor for?

Freshers, students, and working professionals in India who are applying to jobs and not getting enough interview calls. It is especially useful if you are applying to ATS-driven employers like large IT services and product companies.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The free tier includes monthly ATS resume audits, tailored resumes, daily AI job matches, a practice interview, and application tracking — no card required. Paid plans raise the limits.

ATS & resumes

What is an ATS and why does it matter?

An Applicant Tracking System is software that parses, ranks and filters resumes before a human reviews them. At scale, most large Indian employers rely on it, so a resume that does not parse cleanly or match the role can be filtered out before anyone reads it.

What is a good ATS score?

Roughly 80+ is strong, 60–79 needs work, and below 60 is likely to be filtered. A good score means your resume parses cleanly and matches the target role — not that it flatters you.

How does Reunitor check my resume?

Reunitor analyses your resume for parse-ability, section completeness, keyword match against your target role, and formatting quality, then gives specific, honest fixes rather than generic advice.

Ghost jobs & job matching

What are ghost jobs?

Ghost jobs are listings that are publicly open but not actively being filled — already filled internally, kept open to collect resumes, or posted for appearances. Estimates suggest roughly one in five listings may be a dead end.

How does Reunitor flag ghost jobs?

Reunitor scores listings on transparency signals — repost history, whether a salary band and real company are shown, and description quality — and flags roles that look stale or low-transparency so you can spend your best applications elsewhere.

Are the job listings real?

Reunitor pulls from real job data sources focused on the Indian market, with fallbacks so results keep working. It prioritises fresh, transparent listings over stale ones.

Pricing, privacy & support

How much does Reunitor cost?

There is a free tier. Paid plans are the Sprint plan at ₹999 for 90 days (the primary plan, about ₹11/day) and the Annual plan at ₹2,999 for 12 months (about ₹8/day) with the highest usage ceilings.

How does Reunitor handle my resume and data?

Your data is tied to your own account and protected by row-level security so only you can access it. You can delete your account and associated data from Settings at any time.

How do I get support or a refund?

You can reach the team from the Contact page, and refund terms are described on the Refunds page. Support is handled directly by the team.

India job search realities

I am on a 60- or 90-day notice period. Can I still use Reunitor?

Yes. Set notice period in Settings so matches and negotiation context stay honest. Many Indian employers filter on joining date — stating your real notice (and buyout openness if true) beats hiding it until the offer stage.

Should I put current and expected CTC on my resume?

Usually put bands in applications or recruiter forms, not as a permanent résumé header — unless the employer requires it. Use Negotiate with offered CTC in rupees or LPA; Reunitor is built around Indian compensation language.

Does Reunitor help with campus / fresher hiring?

Yes for résumé ATS, practice interviews, and fresher-focused guides. Campus drives still need your college process; Reunitor helps the lateral-style applications and off-campus product roles that sit beside placement.

Are referrals more important than ATS?

Referrals open doors; ATS still gates most volume applications at TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and many GCCs. Use both: a clean, keyword-aligned résumé plus a warm intro when you have one.

I am in a tier-2 city. Is matching useful?

Yes — set preferred cities and remote openness in Settings. Guides cover markets like Ahmedabad, Kochi, and Chandigarh, and Remote India roles. Location mismatch is a common silent ATS drop.

Is there a Hindi interface?

The product UI is English today (common for Indian tech hiring tools). A Hindi roadmap is possible later; for now, coaching and copy assume English résumés and interview rounds, which most IT/product panels still use.

How is this different from Naukri or LinkedIn for ghost jobs?

Portals list volume. Reunitor scores transparency signals (reposts, age, salary hidden, vague scope) and flags risk on matches. See the Ghost Job Index for the methodology — illustrative heuristics, not a census.

Do you support UPI / Cashfree payments?

Yes. Checkout runs on Cashfree with UPI, cards, and net banking in INR. Plans are prepaid periods without auto-renew. Add a valid Indian mobile in Settings before paying if checkout asks for it.

Can I practise interviews for Flipkart, Amazon, or Google India?

Pick the company and round in Interview Coach, or open a guide under Company interview intel. Behavioural answers are scored with STAR; product companies still expect metrics and ownership stories.

What if I only get silent rejections?

Mark the application Rejected and run Debrief for a ranked hypothesis and next steps. Also re-run ATS against the exact JD — many silent nos never leave the parser.
